Anthony Vassallo Update

Anthony Vassallo a former player with the Greater London Red Devil's, is now a member of the Birkikara FC in Malta (Europe) a Professional Men's Team that is the top Club in Malta. Anthony has been with the Youth squad since August 2003 when he signed on with the club. He is currently in the U18 squad (reserves to the first team) Anthony is adjusting well to the new squad and scored 12 goals in 14 games in the 2003/04 season.

Anthony was on Greater London's very first Youth team in 1997. He was also a Regional All-Star in 2000 and a Provincial Team Trialist. Anthony was the youngest player to ever play in a Canadian Professional game at age 14 in 2001 when he was subbed on for London City against the Toronto Supra during a CPSL league match. He traveled to Grimsby , England in 2001 for a trial with the Club and played for their U15 squad during his stay.
