KATE BAZOS NAMED TO NATIONAL U19 TEAM

North London is proud to announce that Kate Bazos, a former North London Shooting Star player, has been invited to join up with the National U19 squad in Vancouver. Kate is both a goal scorer and a goal maker. She can play forward or attacking midfield and has the ability to break games open in the opposing team's third. A dedicated, very coachable player, Kate will be a big asset to the Canadian National team in the years to come. The U19 team is currently preparing for the Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean Association Football (CONCACAF) Women's U-19 Qualifying Tournament which will take place in Montreal and Ottawa from May 28 – June 6, 2004.
